Nov 20 – BBL Annie Lee

Great weather for today’s BBL with temps approaching 70 degrees by the end. We explored a new route out through Lola City to the twists and turns, ups and downs of Annie Lee Rd. Even with the new route everything went pretty smoothly – great riding by everyone today! For reference I’ve posted my heartrate and power stats for people wondering about the intensity of the ride.
Average speed – 19.3 mph
Average heartrate – 132 bpm
Average power – 165 watts
Total climbing – 3169 ft
Total distance – 60.7 miles in 3:09:26 (19.3 mph)

Agreed. Let’s talk about it via email and I’ll announce our two (or three) teams before the first points BBL which I believe is going to be the first Saturday in December.
